Founder
Meet Adam.
Adam Breneman grew up in Harrisburg, starred at Cedar Cliff High School, and became an All-American tight end at Penn State and UMass, earning a business degree and an MBA along the way.
After football he built a career in sports media — as a CBS Sports analyst, host of the Next Up podcast and co-founder of The College Sports Company. Now he leads every Breneman Group deal from acquisition to design to execution, known for seeing opportunity early and moving fast to get it done.

But our work doesn't stop at the city line: we're taking on land, ground-up communities of hundreds of homes and adaptive reuse projects across Pennsylvania, developments that drive economic growth and make life better for the people who live in them.
Our footprint now reaches beyond Pennsylvania, including ownership and operations in Nashville, Tennessee.
